Who it's for
Built for lines that stop together
For you
One machine goes down and the line behind it stops. Paper, tissue, bottling, brewing, continuous food.
Not for you
The rest of the line keeps running when one machine stops. The pilot won't pay for itself there, and we'd rather say so now.

From the founder
Claim your CMMSradio pilot
I spent 18 years as a mechanical engineer in heavy industry, manufacturing and marine before I built Acervas. I've diagnosed the fault at 3am.
Greg's listeners are the people who take that call, so this pilot comes with me in the room. We set up your CMMS connection, I run the onboarding with your crew, and if the baseline says the numbers aren't there, we'll tell you straight.

FAQ
Straight answers
Nothing. Setup, the downtime baseline and the 90-day pilot are all free, and you can stop at any time.
You decide. If you continue, you sign an Order Form for an annual licence per production line and your CMMSradio 10% comes off the first year. If you don't, you walk away.
MEX and SAP Plant Maintenance today. Running something else? Tell us on the discovery call.
No. Your plant’s data is walled off: nobody outside your organisation can see it. What travels the network is the fix for a machine, anonymised by design. Like an OEM technician carrying a fix between sites, except you’re not waiting for one person to happen to visit. Fixes live at the machine level, never the plant level.
